Outlined here are several important items to help you plan the perfect outing with your family or group. Looking for a night out? Dixieland has Special Pricing every night with a Starlight Pass discount!

•Mondays are Family Day and is the best deal all summer at only $12.50 per person.
•Thursdays until 3pm is day care and church group day. Families coming to the park on Thursdays should expect large crowds before 3pm.
•Looking to just do Go Karts or Mini Golf? You can do both plus all our other rides for one low price and it’s UNLIMITED! Dixieland has the best price pound for pound for entertainment in all of Georgia!
•Looking to see Fireworks? Dixieland shoots fireworks on all major holidays as well as select nights throughout the summer.
•Check the weather before you come for your visit and call the park. Many times it may be raining at your home but the sun is shining at Dixieland!

Ready for a great day at Dixieland Amusement Park? Here is some helpful information that will help you make the most of your next visit.

WHEN SHOULD I VISIT THE PARK?

•Dixieland is open weekends from March to Memorial day, Thursday through Monday from Memorial day through the first week in August and then weekends from August to December.
•We would love to see you and your family any time. You can, however, avoid the crowds by joining us any weekday during the summer or weekends in September through December.
•Don't let a few clouds keep you from enjoying a great day at Dixieland. Days with inclement weather can be the best time to visit because lines are short and fewer guests are in the Park.

What should I bring with me to the park?

•Bring sunscreen, lip protection and a hat or sun visor to protect yourself from the summer sun.
•Wear comfortable, broken-in shoes. Wear cotton clothing: it is light and comfortable.
•Guests may not bring food into the Park. However, Dixieland does offer a picnic area outside the main entrance for Guests who wish to bring their own food.
•Alcohol, pocket knives and clothing with inappropriate language, or exposed under garments are not permitted inside the Park.
•

GETTING AROUND THE PARK

•Although Dixieland is easy to get around, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the Park's layout by taking a moment to look over the Park map handed out at turnstiles or view the Park map here.
•Arrange a meeting place should your party get separated. Dixieland does have a park paging system in the event that you need to find a lost parent.
•Dixieland recommends that you write a phone number on your children’s wrist band so that we can reach you in case of an issue.

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN

•A Guest's height is an important safety factor on many rides. Be sure the children in your party are tall enough to enjoy each activity by checking out the safety guidelines (located at each ride entrance) before you get in line.
